This space is dedicated to goalies. I have loved coaching young players over the last 16 years and this space will be used to share the information I have pieced together to build their game and assist goalies and coaches in elevating their game and performance.
This is not the “Definitive” information for goalies. It is a reference for you to use and to continually review when you are working to master the position.

Lesson 1: MICRO-SECONDS
The one key for goalies is that time is measured in micro-seconds. The less time you need to make a move, the greater the chance for the save. The fewer muscles you need to continually use, the quicker your response.
